My dealings with previous management companies was not good. I had a townhouse that I decided to rent and thought I would try again with some hesitancy. I am so glad that I did! I can't say enough good things about working with JoJo. She has been nothing but very professional, transparent, honest, detailed and knows her stuff! I would highly recommend JoJo and her team to any renter or landlord. My townhouse is one less thing I have to worry about at night thanks to JoJo because I know she is ON IT! My wife and I began our business relationship with JoJo in 2016 when we transplanted to Denver from Las Vegas. I've been using Integrity for a couple of years now. When I first started with this company, Mark was my agent. He was the worst! He had a terrible attitude, wouldn't respond to my questions timely or appropriately, let all kinds of things slip through the cracks, couldn't get my place leased, etc. HOWEVER!!! He quit, was released, whatever, I don't care, he was out of my life. Then the heavens opened and the angels sang, JoJo emailed me as she was my new agent.  Oh my god, complete 180!!! This woman works fast, strong, has an awesome attitude, a real 'get shit done' kinda gal. She even puts up with all my stupid questions and ignorance about the process with grace and class. I really feel like I have an ally and kind of a friend, actually! I live across the country and I've never felt more comfortable with my property in her hands. I truly can't say enough about this lady and the company. TT

I have worked with Joanne "JoJo" Elliott for the last year while she managed my property. She has been great to work with, very professional, gets back to me quickly and answers all my questions!
They keep their promise on doing inspections and making sure your property is well taken care of by the tenants. They worked hard to place get people into the home, and they made sure they were the right people as well! They screen applicants and make good recommendations. When I was ready to the home on the market to sell, they seamlessly made that happen too! I am very happy with Integrity Realty and Management. You won't be disappointed!

I used Integrity Realty Management for two years and could not have been happier. Jojo is amazing and very responsive to any questions that came up. I would recommend this company to anyone. I live across the country from my rental and Jojo took care of every detail. In the two years she managed the property, I only called her a handful of times and she always sent me updates. I took back possession of the property so that my parents could live there and the condition of the property was just as I left it! Thanks Jojo and all of integrity RM!

JoJo Elliot is great lady.  I'm not just saying that due to her service in the armed services of the country, she is a very thoughtful and thinking lady.  her experience in the difficult area of property management with keeping things running well with renters and keeping owners happy is a lot of work.  It is so nice to be worry free with their taking care of things.  I'm hoping for many more years with JoJo and Ben.

Integrity has managed my property for the last two years.  They handle everything, from vetting potential renters to producing lease documents, to taking care of incidental maintenance.  JoJo is a pleasure to deal with as things come up, and paperwork is always processed in a timely manner (including deposits, monthly statements and annual tax documentation).  This team gives me 100% confidence that I don't need to worry about my property - they have everything covered.
